QA Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing analytics product team, the remote QA Engineer will analyze business requirements, write and maintain test documentation, and perform various testing types on MS Dynamics 365 customizations while ensuring data accuracy and integration consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and refine acceptance criteria while writing and maintaining test documentation
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing of MS Dynamics 365 customizations and validate end-to-end business scenarios
- Report and track defects in Jira or Azure DevOps, participating in Agile ceremonies and supporting UAT efforts
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Hands-on experience testing MS Dynamics 365 or another CRM platform
- Strong knowledge of QA theory, testing types, and test design techniques
- Basic SQL skills for data validation and experience with API testing using Postman
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
