Job Summary
Owning quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund, the full-time remote QA Engineer will anticipate issues before release, build an agentic QA system with AI tools, and ensure seamless customer flows for fund managers and LPs.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate issues before release by studying features and customer interactions to prevent problems from reaching users
- Build and maintain AI agents that automate regression tests and monitor customer flows to flag risks
- Own the onboarding and login processes, ensuring all steps work flawlessly for new users
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in QA, test engineering, or a related role on a SaaS product
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents and automation tools
- A proven track record of identifying issues before release
- Experience with test automation for web applications
- Strong organizational skills in managing test plans and bug tracking
