QA Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Quality Assurance function as the first dedicated QA Engineering Lead, this full-time remote position will manage release testing, build automated test suites, and refine AI testing agents across multiple platforms to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and establish quality checks for release testing across SPARK, AGL, Nexus Bridge, and Strongpay
• Build and integrate automated test suites into existing CI/CD pipelines, enhancing regression coverage
• Create and maintain quality metrics and reporting dashboards to track defects and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, including 2+ years building automated test suites
• Experience with test automation tools for browser and API testing, such as Playwright or Cypress
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in SQL for data verification in testing
• Experience in load and performance testing using tools like JMeter or k6
