QA Insight Specialist

Job Summary

Analyzing QA results to drive change, the full-time QA Insight Specialist will engage with stakeholders to present findings and improve business practices, working in a hybrid environment based in Nottingham.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze QA results to provide insights and present findings to the QA department and wider organization
• Act as the point of contact for appeals regarding initial statistical QA and provide feedback on scoring outcomes
• Manage and analyze data from various sources, communicating findings to senior stakeholders within and outside the Risk department

Required qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance with knowledge of QA processes, including scorecards and Scorebuddy
• Strong computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets and presentation deck creation
• Ability to analyze data effectively to identify areas of improvement and strength
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills to navigate the business for information and answers
• Good judgment and decision-making skills with a focus on analytical reasoning
