QA Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on QA Lead for a full-time remote position who will drive the quality strategy and execution for products across mobile, web, backend services, and APIs while leading a team of QA engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of secure and user-friendly products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, quality standards, and testing methodologies across multiple product platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and support for their career development
- Own end-to-end quality planning and execution for product releases, including various testing types and establishing automation frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance with significant leadership experience in Agile environments
- Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing test strategies for mobile applications, web applications, backend services, and APIs
- Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks such as Appium and Selenium
- Proficiency in Java or another relevant programming language for designing and maintaining automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software testing best practices
