Key responsibilities

- Own the go/no-go decision on release readiness and identify quality risks early in the release cycle
- Champion process improvements and establish best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a management role for distributed teams
- Proven ability to develop team members and foster a high-performing culture
- Expertise in mobile QA, including manual and automated testing strategies
- Demonstrated experience in making release readiness decisions and reducing post-release defects
- Experience in implementing new QA approaches, particularly shift-left practices
