QA Manager - Data Warehouse Testing

Job Summary

To support a growing Data Warehouse team, the remote contract QA Manager - Data Warehouse Testing will lead quality assurance initiatives, establish testing strategies, and manage a small team while remaining hands-on with data validation and automation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts across the Data Warehouse team, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through the development and execution of testing strategies
• Establish and continuously improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation frameworks while managing and mentoring a small team of QA engineers
• Remain actively involved in technical QA activities, including writing and maintaining automated tests using Python and SQL

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a hands-on QA Lead or QA Manager role
• Strong experience with data warehouse testing, ETL/ELT testing, and data validation
• Proven ability to establish QA strategies and improve QA functions
• Strong hands-on SQL experience, including data reconciliation and quality testing
• Proficiency in Python and Pytest for test automation
