Job Summary
Leading the software quality function, the full-time QA Manager - Software Development will drive the transformation from manual to automated testing across healthcare technology platforms while mentoring a high-performing QA team in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the overall quality strategy for software development, ensuring compliance with functional and regulatory requirements
- Lead the transformation of QA teams to scalable, automation-first practices and establish CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines
- Manage test planning, execution, and defect management processes while collaborating with stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into test scenarios
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software QA, including 3+ years in a management or leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium or Playwright
- Experience with healthcare payor and provider domains, including claims processing and EDI transactions
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
