Job Summary

Seeking a highly driven QA Manager Team Lead to join operations in the United States, responsible for developing and maintaining accuracy and efficiency within the Title Research Department, while providing training and auditing completed files to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Train new and existing employees on title research procedures and client-specific requirements
• Conduct comprehensive audits of completed title research files to verify accuracy and completeness
• Track audit findings and provide feedback to employees to improve quality and performance

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in title research, abstracting, or title examination
• Thorough understanding of real property records and title research procedures
• Ability to establish and review chains of title and recognize potential title defects
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Previous experience training or mentoring title researchers is preferred
