Job Summary
To support quality assurance efforts for government software development programs, the full-time QA Manager with Public Trust Clearance will lead a team of QA engineers, develop and implement QA strategies, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of QA engineers and test analysts, providing technical direction and performance feedback
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, frameworks, and methodologies across assigned programs and projects
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of test plans and cases for all testing phases, ensuring complete test coverage
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering, including 2 years in a QA leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing QA strategies across complex software development programs
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of QA engineers or test analysts
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
