QA Team Lead Manual Testing of NET Web Apps
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead specializing in manual testing of .NET web apps with offshore team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evolve formal QA processes and strategies, provide training sessions, and collaborate with Test Automation team
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, participate in software testing, and contribute to process improvement
- Develop and maintain detailed automated test cases, support User Acceptance Testing, and report on project tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with 5+ years of project estimates
- Experience in functional, regression, smoke, UAT, and performance testing, along with structured testing methodologies
- Experience with .NET applications, onshore and offshore QA teams, and test writing and bug reporting
- Experience with SDLC, relational databases, and SQL
