QE Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Experienced QE Automation Engineers will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on designing and building automated testing suites using Playwright and TypeScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design and implement automated tests for functional, API, integration, and regression scenarios
- Build and maintain scalable automated frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience as a QA or QE engineer with hands-on test automation experience
- Proficiency in writing and debugging automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript
- Strong understanding of automation framework architecture and quality-engineering best practices
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
