Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical QNXT Accumulator Subject Matter Expert, the temporary remote position will manage complex accumulator configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and claims analysis within a healthcare payer environment during EST working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for QNXT accumulators, focusing on configuration, maintenance, and operational support
- Analyze accumulator-related claim issues and investigate complex production issues involving claim adjudication and member eligibility
- Write and interpret SQL queries to validate accumulator behavior and troubleshoot discrepancies across multiple systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Subject Matter Expert supporting QNXT accumulators
- Strong expertise in accumulator configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Deep working knowledge of QNXT backend functionality, including SQL query writing and interpretation
- Experience in healthcare claims processing and adjudication workflows
- Ability to perform end-to-end analysis across claims, accumulators, and enrollment data
