Job Summary
To support health plan benefit configurations, the 100% remote QNXT Benefit Configuration Manager will manage benefit design implementations, oversee configuration teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on a contract-to-hire basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large-scale benefit implementations and annual maintenance initiatives
- Lead and supervise benefit configuration teams to ensure effective operational functions
- Maintain strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial benefit designs and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Progressive experience configuring health plan benefits within QNXT or a comparable platform
- Experience leading benefit configuration teams or operational functions
- Advanced understanding of QNXT architecture and benefit configuration logic
- Proven experience managing large-scale benefit implementations
