Job Summary
Leading the technical delivery and operational governance of QNXT-based healthcare payer solutions, the full-time remote QNXT Technical Manager will manage consulting, implementation, and support engagements while collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting and implementation projects
- Provide technical leadership in areas including Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, and System Integrations
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues affecting healthcare operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare payer technology or consulting
- 5+ years of hands-on QNXT technical experience
- Strong expertise in QNXT Claims Processing and System Integrations
- Advanced SQL and database analysis skills
