Quadient Inspire Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development of personalized communication templates, the full-time Quadient Inspire Specialist will collaborate with developers and the mail team to create, test, and ensure high-quality communication outputs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and modifying variable data templates using Quadient Inspire Designer, ensuring alignment with project specifications
• Generate output files for print and digital communications using Quadient Inspire Scaler and Automation tools
• Conduct initial testing of templates to verify data integration and layout accuracy while participating in quality assurance reviews

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
• 0-1 years of experience with Quadient Inspire or similar Customer Communications Management software tools
• Experience working with data files (CSV, XLSX, JSON) is required
• Familiarity with layout/design tools and data-driven design concepts is necessary
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML) is required
