Qualia Learning Specialist

Job Summary

To lead training and adoption efforts for Qualia and related transaction technologies, the remote Qualia Learning Specialist will design, develop, and deliver learning programs while collaborating with operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective technology adoption across title, escrow, and closing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise Qualia learning strategy, including onboarding and role-based learning paths
• Design engaging training experiences and create comprehensive training materials for various learning formats
• Deliver training programs and facilitate workshops to enhance user proficiency and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in title, escrow, processing, closing, or transaction operations
• Advanced expertise in Qualia, including workflows and transaction management
• Experience with system implementations or technology adoption initiatives
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical operational guidance
