Qualified Person Consultant
Job Summary
To support quality assurance initiatives, the full-time Compliance and Quality Assurance Consultant will perform quality control reviews for product complaint cases, coordinate retrieval processes for select clients, and manage GxP projects while working in a hybrid environment across various locations including Sweden, Croatia, and Germany.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality control reviews for product complaint cases and create reconciliation reports
- Manage GxP project work, including QP batch certification and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Provide consultation and training on compliance and quality assurance to clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; a graduate degree (MSc/PhD) is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and regulatory/GxP compliance
- Strong knowledge of GxP principles and EU GMP/GDP regulations
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or other EU languages is a plus
- Eligibility to be registered as a Qualified Person (QP) or Responsible Person (RP) as applicable
