Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Education pillar of Qualified University, the full-time remote Qualified Success Architect will manage content updates, develop best practice resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure educational materials are current and accessible for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own article updates and create new articles to keep knowledge base content accurate as the platform evolves
• Develop best practice content for various audiences, translating product knowledge into clear educational resources
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and maintain updated partner certification paths

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software
• Prior experience in customer success, customer education, or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent written communication skills for producing practical content for a practitioner audience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with content or course authoring tools is a plus
