Job Summary
To support the growth of Qualified University, the full-time remote Qualified Success Architect will create engaging educational content, partner with various teams to develop customer-facing resources, and drive community engagement while maintaining the University brand.
Key responsibilities
- Own the creation and refresh of University articles and courses to ensure content is current and engaging
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to produce customer-facing launch content for new releases
- Drive community engagement by planning product updates and facilitating discussions within the Qualified customer community
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of SaaS experience
- Prior experience in product marketing, customer marketing, customer success, or customer education
- Experience with the Qualified platform is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Creative storytelling mindset with a track record of making technical topics compelling for customers
