Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day execution of internal enablement for Qualified's Customer Success organization, the full-time remote Qualified Success Architect will manage the onboarding program for new hires, drive progress toward QSA certification, and coordinate live training sessions while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for new Qualified Success Architects, ensuring smooth integration and support
- Track and drive new hire progress toward QSA certification, proactively addressing any delays
- Coordinate and host biweekly live training sessions for the Customer Success/QSA team, collaborating with Product and subject matter experts
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience in coaching or teaching colleagues in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines and projects
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools such as Guru or Notion
