Qualitative Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution and delivery of client projects, the full-time Qualitative Insights Analyst will collaborate with senior team members on research methodologies, project logistics, and report preparation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including methodology design, questionnaire writing, and client presentations
• Coordinating logistics for qualitative projects, including participant contact and scheduling
• Analyzing data and preparing reports using PowerPoint templates while performing secondary research to support primary findings

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a research role, with a focus on qualitative research preferred
• University Degree and/or Post-Graduate Certificate in Market Research, Business Insights, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral; additional language skills are a plus
• A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
