Quality Analyses Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading the Quality Analyses Team, the hybrid remote Quality Analyses Team Lead will manage technical quality reviews and internal readiness gates for RMF artifacts and authorization packages while ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct checklist-based reviews across RMF delivery teams, ensuring artifact completeness and technical consistency
- Maintain and apply quality and assessment-readiness checklists with documented pass/fail criteria
- Analyze recurring defects and recommend improvements to checklists, templates, training, and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship and a final Secret clearance or higher
- Relevant degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
- Senior-level RMF artifact development and technical review experience
- Detailed understanding of federal authorization artifacts, NIST controls, and evidence traceability
- Ability to detect contradictions and incomplete implementations in system information
