Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality assurance initiatives, the full-time remote Quality and Training Analyst will ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across operational departments, conduct quality audits, and contribute to training content development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual file audits to ensure adherence to internal processing guidelines and gather data for analysis
• Promote quality awareness by identifying trends and providing coaching and training opportunities across departments
• Assist in the facilitation of training sessions and coordinate quality meetings to drive process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of related professional experience in insurance quality analysis, underwriting, or premium auditing
• Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation and general insurance across multiple states
• Experience with project management or workflow tools, such as Jira, and documentation platforms like Confluence
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage work across multiple departments and shifting priorities
