Quality Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Quality Analyst II will analyze complex healthcare data, generate visual reports, and provide insights to enhance quality performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate graphics to effectively summarize and communicate analytical findings
- Complete analysis processes to determine the best course of action for inquiries and problems
- Assist in the development of quality dashboards and reporting using Power BI and other visual data tools
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of experience with HEDIS or similar quality healthcare performance metrics
- Two years of prior programming experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or DAX
- Preferred experience in healthcare delivery and/or payer environments
- Preferred clinical experience
