Quality Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance quality assurance processes, the full-time remote Business Quality Analyst will design data collection methodologies, develop Power BI dashboards, and produce analytical reports while collaborating with federal project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a data collection and reporting methodology in SharePoint and Power BI to capture quality assurance results
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to report on quality posture and compliance metrics for PMO leadership
- Analyze review results for trends and root causes, providing prioritized recommendations for process improvements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or quality analysis related to program management or compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report building and data modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience writing analytical reports for government or executive audiences that interpret data and recommend actions
