Job Summary
Detail-oriented Quality Analysts - AI Training will evaluate and compare chatbot responses to improve AI systems in a fully remote internship lasting 16 weeks, requiring 8 hours of availability per day, five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Compare chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and clarity
- Identify errors and provide structured feedback and assessments
- Document findings and collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, data annotation, or content evaluation
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines and manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfort working with AI tools and chatbots
- Experience with chatbot evaluation or data-quality projects is a plus
