Quality Analyst III
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional on-site requirements in Tennessee, the long-term contract Quality Analyst III will develop and maintain test plans, execute various testing methodologies, and leverage AI-powered tools to ensure the quality and performance of business-critical applications in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies aligned with project milestones
- Execute manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
- Conduct accessibility testing using ADA, Section 508, and WCAG standards, and facilitate UAT activities with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience in complex application or enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG accessibility testing
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools or platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered
