Quality Analyst Lead
Job Summary
To enhance quality assurance processes, the full-time remote Quality Analyst Lead will design data collection methodologies, develop Power BI dashboards, and conduct quality control reviews while collaborating with project managers to ensure compliance and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection and reporting methodologies in SharePoint and Power BI
- Develop and maintain dashboards that report on quality metrics and compliance rates for stakeholders
- Analyze review results to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or quality analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report building and data modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience writing analytical reports for government or executive audiences
