Job Summary

To manage increased claim volumes, the full-time Quality Analyst - Life Insurance will handle payment approvals, oversee policy document printing, and ensure compliance with audit requirements in an onshore setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the approval process for payments exceeding $1 million and handle related documentation
• Oversee the printing of policy documents for various charge categories and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct audits to maintain compliance with service level agreements and client requirements
