Quality Analyst Manager

Job Summary

Leading the quality assurance function, the full-time remote Quality Analyst Manager will oversee QA operations, drive continuous process improvement, manage policies and training programs, and provide strategic reporting to ensure compliance and high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance (QA) department
• Manage an effective quality assurance program to monitor and resolve issues proactively
• Supervise the development and regular updates of policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior leadership experience in Quality Analysis is preferred
• Experience in Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) is preferred
