Quality Analyst with QASP Certification

Job Summary

Owning the Quality Control Program for an enterprise IT Customer Support Services program, the full-time salaried QASP / AQL Quality Analyst will develop and execute the Quality Control Plan, perform audits, and ensure compliance with performance metrics while working in a hybrid environment based in Quantico, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, submit, and maintain the Quality Control Plan, including inspection schedules and communication methods with the Government
• Conduct independent inspections, audits, and reviews across all task areas to ensure compliance with performance standards
• Manage the corrective and preventive action process, documenting deficiencies and ensuring non-recurrence of defective services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance and able to obtain Top Secret eligibility if required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or performance management for IT service delivery or Government service contracts
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing Quality Control Plans on performance-based Federal contracts
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel and Power BI or similar tools
