Job Summary
To ensure accuracy and compliance, the part-time Quality Assurance Agent will review and validate high-volume video events and associated evidence while identifying errors and discrepancies in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review large volumes of processed video events for accuracy and completeness
- Identify false positives, errors, and missed events to support operational effectiveness
- Document quality issues and corrections, providing feedback to leadership on recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Experience reviewing and analyzing digital video content preferred
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
