Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and performance of technology solutions, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Analyst will develop and execute test strategies, manage defect tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate applications against business and user requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Performs various testing activities including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborates with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and supports release validation activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices
• Experience with testing and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of regression, integration, and exploratory testing techniques
