Job Summary
To support an established organization in the e-commerce and online learning sectors, the contract Quality Assurance Analyst will manage test strategy, conduct manual and automated testing, and validate APIs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop risk-based test plans and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across various platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage
- Design and maintain automated test suites, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of software QA experience for Analyst level; 5+ years for Engineer level
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
