Job Summary
Providing quality assurance support to the Treasury Contracting team, the full-time temporary Treasury Contract & Billing Quality Assurance Analyst will review banking agreements, pricing documentation, and invoices for completeness and consistency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality-assurance reviews of banking contracts, pricing schedules, and related documentation
- Compare contract and pricing records against Treasury trackers to identify discrepancies
- Maintain a findings tracker to document gaps, required follow-ups, and resolution status
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint or similar document repositories
- Ability to read and compare contracts, pricing schedules, and invoices
- Strong organizational and document-management skills
