Job Summary
To ensure the quality and performance of cloud-based software, the entry-level Quality Assurance Analyst I will conduct manual testing, document and manage software bugs, and collaborate with engineering and product teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute manual test plans and test suites across web and mobile applications to identify defects
- Document, track, and manage software bugs using issue-tracking tools like Jira
- Perform regression testing prior to software releases to verify functionality stability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or customer technical support
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA testing methodologies
- Experience with issue-tracking software (e.g., Jira) is preferred
- Familiarity with database queries (SQL) or automated testing tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium) is a plus
