Quality Assurance Analyst IV
Job Summary
Leading a small team, the remote Quality Assurance Analyst IV will independently conduct complex software testing activities to enhance application functionality, ensuring compliance with internal policies while collaborating with management on process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the creation of comprehensive test plans and test case scenarios for new and existing products
- Independently performs manual testing of applications and analyzes test data to recommend improvements
- Maintains documentation for testing activities and collaborates with teams to develop effective testing solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with twelve (12) years of quality experience, or Bachelor's degree in a related field with eight (8) years of quality experience
- Experience with Deluxe TRIPS Exception Manager
- Experience in bank deposit operations or related financial operations
- Advanced knowledge of software implementation methodologies and test case design
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or qTest
