Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring and evaluating voice and non-voice interactions, the remote Associate Professional Quality will ensure compliance and quality assurance in Provider Enrollment applications while meeting production standards and supporting process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews and audits to ensure adherence to client, company, and regulatory standards
• Identify and escalate quality issues while supporting resolution and coaching opportunities
• Participate in calibration sessions and stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure consistency and alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with two or more years of quality assurance experience
• Minimum of 3 years working in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality platforms like CXOne and Verint
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members across multiple areas
• Strong organizational and time management skills
