Quality Assurance Auditor

Job Summary

To support the Quality Assurance Refunds Team, the full-time remote Auditor, Quality Assurance, Refunds will complete compliance-related audits specific to operational procedures for Monthly/Weekly Invoice Audits and present findings to operational personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze audit data, presenting findings to operational personnel
• Recommend process or system changes to management to enhance effectiveness and production
• Write and present audit results and conclusions clearly for a non-expert audience

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in physician billing, specifically in AR, Refunds, or Payments
• Ability to understand and interpret medical billing documentation and data
• Strong organizational skills and effective interpersonal communication
• Professional discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks
