Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide quality initiatives, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Director will drive strategic quality management, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and performance excellence across multiple projects and programs.
Key responsibilities
- Define and oversee all quality management activities, including monitoring systems, reviews, and corrective actions
- Develop and implement quality assurance oversight systems and goals to ensure compliance with contractual and governmental requirements
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and ensuring quality requirements are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- 10-12 years of relevant professional experience
- Current Maximus CCO experience is highly preferred
- Experience in developing quality management strategies and solutions
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent projects
