Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure the reliability and performance of class action software products through comprehensive manual and automated testing, including developing test plans and executing test cases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct software testing to identify, document, and resolve defects
• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies
• Build, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in an Agile development framework
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium or Playwright
• Solid experience in manual testing methodologies (Smoke, Sanity, Regression, UAT)
• Intermediate SQL querying skills for data validation and test data setup
