Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting innovative projects across the Bently Nevada product portfolio, the full-time Quality Assurance Engineer will validate software, hardware, and integrated solutions through various testing methodologies while collaborating within an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining automated test suites for various testing types, including functional and performance testing
- Executing manual and automated testing activities and collaborating with feature owners to create comprehensive test plans
- Identifying and tracking defects, providing detailed documentation for issue resolution, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- Understanding of Quality Assurance Engineering principles and methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing practices, whether academic or professional
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize work based on business needs
- Experience with Agile methodologies and defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Confluence
