Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a self-driven Quality Assurance Engineer for a mostly remote, contract position focused on manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications, validating integrations and data, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality releases within the NC FAST initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test conditions, scenarios, and scripts
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce functionalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and communicate testing status, risks, and defects
Required qualifications
- Strong experience testing Salesforce applications, including standard and custom functionalities
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as QTest and Tricentis Tosca
- Experience with API testing using REST and SOAP web services
- Ability to create and execute detailed test cases and manage defect tracking
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes
