Job Summary
Driving quality strategy and technical direction, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Engineer IV will lead test strategy execution, influence design decisions, and mentor teams to ensure high-performing software solutions in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute test strategies within Scrum teams to ensure comprehensive coverage aligned with product goals
- Lead automation strategy and framework design, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor engineers on automation practices and contribute to quality engineering best practices across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with a focus on automation in high-scale environments
- 6+ years of hands-on experience designing automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing
- Expertise in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C# for automation development
- Strong experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting complex automation issues
