Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on validating next-generation conversational and voice-based customer experience solutions, the full-time Quality Assurance Engineer will design and execute test scenarios for intelligent virtual assistants and voice applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios for conversational AI and voice solutions
• Validate conversational flows, intent recognition, and response accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences
• Create and maintain automated test suites to enhance testing coverage and release quality

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly with conversational AI, IVR, and voice applications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cyara tools for test design, execution, and automation
• Experience with AWS Lex and/or Google Dialogflow for testing conversational AI solutions
• Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional and end-to-end testing
• Hands-on experience validating IVR and voice interactions, including speech recognition and call routing
