Seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer, the fully remote position will develop and maintain test plans, execute manual testing for web and mobile applications, and collaborate with the development team, leveraging significant trucking industry experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on trucking industry knowledge
- Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications, focusing on real-world trucking scenarios
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies while collaborating with the development team
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience in the trucking industry, with a deep understanding of operations, logistics, and safety
- Basic understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus
