Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

To ensure flawless execution of digital content, the full-time Quality Assurance Lead will manage quality assurance efforts for the eCommerce team, collaborating with cross-functional partners and performing end-to-end testing to support acquisition, revenue, and retention goals, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and performing end-to-end quality assurance tests on web content and functionality
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, copywriters, and designers to validate content and identify quality issues
• Developing and implementing new quality assurance technologies, standards, and measures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience planning and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures for web and digital experiences, including AEM content publishing
• Experience with manual user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
