Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance efforts for the eCommerce team, the full-time Quality Assurance Lead will ensure the flawless execution of digital content by designing and performing end-to-end tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing new QA technologies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and performing end-to-end quality assurance tests on web content and functionality
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, copywriters, and designers to validate content and identify quality issues
• Tracking defects and fixes, reporting progress, and developing new quality assurance standards and measures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience planning and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures for web and digital experiences, including AEM content publishing
• Experience with manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
