Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

To enhance product delivery quality, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Lead will manage day-to-day QA practices, ensure timely test execution, and foster collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the QA practice by establishing expectations for test planning, execution, and release readiness
• Develop and maintain test strategies for features, enhancements, and defects while coordinating necessary test data and environments
• Lead defect triage and provide objective quality recommendations for releases based on test evidence and known risks

Required Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance, including various testing types
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring team members
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the QA role in the software lifecycle
• Proven ability to create risk-based test strategies and manage defects effectively
• Working knowledge of test automation concepts and CI/CD practices
